    Walked in and was greeted with a smile. We were seated immediately and the waiter was at our table in less than 1 minute. The drinks were at our table in less than 3 minutes. The food was there in about 10 minutes. I tipped the waiter $21 for a $65 dollar bill. He was very courteous and kept coming back to our table to make sure we were okay.

    These folks get it. They put customers first. Always polite, always clean, always fast. Want something on TV? Ask...they'll work on it. Need to change tables for a better seat? No problem. They're all about creating a positive environment, which shows on the faces of their staff.

    Our server was almost non-existent and initially served us half the food and incorrect drinks. We had to ask for the rest of our food and correct drinks from another server after about 10 minutes of not seeing ours. My wife and I have given this place a few tries but after feeling ill the last two times we ate there, we will not be returning.

    Marisa and the team are always so friendly and accommodating. We rarely have anything wrong with our order—Lauren is good, she listens and anticipates our needs. This is our favorite place to watch any game and bring our kids. Very family friendly!

    This place was horrid! A 30+ minute wait to sit, then the waitress forgot to put in our order. 45 minutes later, the food arrives, and the food was wrong. The manager then “attempts” to make up for it, promising to take care of the meal and free dessert. When the check comes, it was a 30% discount and only one dessert was actually free, out of four. What. A. Joke. We will never return and will not recommend this BWW to anyone. Worse experience ever.
